Contact and career forms
The name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message entered in the contact form are sent to authorized site administrators to review and respond to your request. The career form also collects date of birth, gender, military service and education status, optional university, department, foreign language and computer skills, a CV and a personal introduction.
Applications and messages are stored as private records in the site database. CV files are encrypted, are not published in the public media library, and can only be downloaded through an authorized administrator session. Notifications may be sent through the configured email service; CVs are not sent as email attachments.
Retention and security
The configured retention period for new records is 180 days. Deletion after that period depends on the site’s scheduled tasks running. Security checks use short-lived keyed hashes; form data is not written into page URLs.
Links and requests
The directions link opens Google Maps only when clicked. Images that have not been localized may be loaded from the akturkbilisim.com source server. The products link opens the separate akturkbilisim.com.tr system.
